The challenge

It is notoriously difficult to communicate with customers in the pharmaceutical space due to government regulations. The dynamic responses of conversational UIs are impossible to regulate, so how could we create a communication tool that would guide consumers to the information they need while feeling personable?

The solution

Build a tool that had the feel and functionality of a chat bot, without a dynamic AI framework that would add unnecessary complexity. The result was Linzy, the first ever “chat bot” created for a prescription drug website.
